Welcome to Rimal Travels. We are Mohamed and Abidine Souilam, blue men from Mhamid, the beautiful oasis town in the Saharan desert of Morocco. Rimal means Sand Dunes in Arabic. Our aim is to help people discover the beauty and culture of Morocco; the snow peaked Atlas Mountains, the dunes of the desert where you can gaze up at the Milky Way, bustling ports and beaches and the sensational cities and souks in-between. Morocco has inspired great culture and design throughout the centuries. We promote the art, the music and skills of the nomadic Saharan communities who continue to live in the desert throughout our tours so that your trip of a lifetime supports the local people who live here. The Bedouin have been known as the Blue Men for the indigo dyes of the traditional turbans and dress that would stain the skin blue and are the nomadic tribes that have roamed the Saharan desert trading spices and goods from Gulmime to Mhamid to Timbuktu for centuries.
