Moroccodesertravel is a local tour company headquartered in Marrakech and has a branch in Merzouga in the south east of Morocco. We specialise in offering guided and custom made tours and day-trips all over Morocco for individuals, couples, families, and small groups according to their budget, frame time and to your styles of travelling. In 2007, the Moroccodesertravel company was founded by its owner Ali Oukhouya who is a native Moroccan from the desert Sahara where he spent his childhood living a nomadic life with his extended family. The lack of water, desertification and other cruel circumstances led his father to sell his share of the herds and move to the town of Merzouga where Ali was schooled.
