The story begins with Restaurant du Port, created in 1982, then continues with the famous Bavarian Brasserie of Casablanca, the Bodega, La Sqala, Big Bamboo in Mohammedia, Vitto Italian restaurant, and Eden du Corsaire between Rabat and Casablanca.
