La Société de CONSTRUCTION TERHZAZ (COTER) SARL is a building company based in Rabat, Agdal neighborhood, created in 1996 by Mr. Mohammed Terhzaz, graduate of EMI in 1984 (specialty: Buildings, Bridges and Roads). Since its creation, COTER has experienced significant growth in its activities thanks to a constantly growing order book and a substantial increase in its human and material resources.
Our expertise covers all building trades: new construction, renovation, site development and finishes. COTER is also the exclusive representative in Morocco of the German company Polytan for all matters concerning the coating of grounds and athletics tracks with synthetic surfaces.
